Are You Using Your Phone, or Is Your Phone Using You?

We use our phones for almost everything. They help us communicate, work, learn, navigate, shop, and stay entertained. There is nothing inherently wrong with smartphones. The problem begins when a useful tool slowly becomes something we reach for without thought. You may open your phone to reply to a message and end up scrolling for half an hour. You may reach for it while eating, waiting, sitting alone, or even while spending time with people who matter to you. The real issue is not the phone.
